La Gomera - Don't know why I never tried fishing there before! - Raised 9 fish over 5 days in early June and released 3 up to 650lbs. I went on to fish Madeira for 4 days in July and Horta, Azores for a further 4 days in September - never raised a single fish

I cant recommend Team Bocinegro enough – if you fancy some serious Bait & Switch Marlin J’s your man. (And if you’ve had enough of the cold & rain in February he’s worth a call to see if the Tuna are biting! – take the wife, stay at the Parador and earn some brownie points!

Clearly you don’t have to spend 10 hrs on a plane to catch Marlin & Tuna. With the Canaries only 4 hrs from the UK its worth the trip. Jason Pipes Bocinegro is clearly the top boat to fish with this side of the Atlantic. The boat is well equipped and certainly the best run

I fished with Bocinegro in August 2013 and had a great time . Great captain and crew. State of the art equipment and fantastic fishing. Caught 3 big blue marlin in 4 days bait and switch fishing. We a had many more chances. Liked it so much we are going back in a few weeks.
