How to get here

Step One

Arrive Tenerife South (TFS) airport via all major airlines or charter tourist companies. (There is an alternative route if your flight arrives in Tenerife north (TFN). Please contact us for the details)

Step Two

Upon arrival exit the terminal building, turn right and walk a few meters to the taxi rank. Take a taxi (never a wait) to Los Cristianos ferry terminal (approx. 15 min journey). The taxi will drop you right outside the ferry terminal building where you can purchase your ticket for the next ferry. There is a bar there so you can have a beer while you wait!

There are two large ferrie companies which connect La Gomera to Tenerife. Fred Olsens’ “Benchijigua Express” and Naviera Armas’s “Volcan de taburiente”. The Fred Olsen is slightly faster but slightly more expensive.

The ferry journey will take approx. 45-60 mins depending on which boat you take.

You will then arrive in the port of San Sebastian where one of our team will be there to meet you.

The island

La Gomera is the second smallest of the Canary islands. With approximately 23 000 inhabitans, you will find a calm and relaxed atmosphere, and no heavy tourism. Yet, we have nice restaurants, cafes, beaches and shops. The island has two larger communities, and many smaller, cozy villages.

La Gomera is well known for stunning, beautiful nature, nice hiking routes and friendly people.

Did you know that the island has its own whistling language called el siblo?
